NDT TRAINING & CERTIFICATION COURSE– TIME OF FLIGHT DIFFRACTION (TOFD) – LEVEL-II
To provide a basic knowledge of TOFD to enable a participant to carryout tests according to an established procedure under the supervision of a level II. The course is especially designed to provide a sound theoretical knowledge and practical skill for TOFD required for a Level II (2) technician.

CertifiedTOFD Level II (2) personnel are qualified to:

• As per PCN Certification Scheme provided by The British Institute of Non Destructive Testing under British Standards.
• Capable of making Proper Scan Plan and checking the Weld Coverage Area.

• Capable to scan the Part and Detect the Defects.
• Have knowledge of the scope and limitations of TOFD
• Prepare test report for i. Accept ii. Reject iii. Rework.
• Responsible for care and maintenance of the NDT/TOFD equipment
